Since our establishment in 1976, we have delivered a number of products to customers as a pioneer in the trading of steel materials. In particular, China Steel Corporation (CSC) in Taiwan has been one of our primary suppliers for many years, and MITSUMUNE handles approximately 30% of CSC’s steel exports to Japan. By importing steel products tailored to the diverse needs of the Japanese market, we have built long-standing experience and trust, which form a strong foundation for all of our business activities.
COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES
We provide comprehensive services, covering the entire process from receiving orders from customers in Japan and placing orders with overseas steel manufacturers, to import procedures (including settlement, cargo handling, customs clearance, and warehousing) and final delivery to our customers. This integrated system allows us to deliver attentive and reliable service.

MITSUMUNE accounts for approximately 30% of China Steel Corporation (CSC)’s steel materials exports to Japan. CSC has a long-standing business relationship with us as a main supplier.
As a pioneer in the import of steel materials, we leverage our experience in importing steel materials into the Japanese market and the know-how we have accumulated over 50 years in order to deliver the most suitable products for our customers.
POSCO
The primary products are steel products of POSCO, a company recognized for nine straight years as the “World’s Most Competitive Steelmaker” by World Steel Dynamics (WSD), the world’s most prestigious analysis firm for the steel industry.
Their lineup of high-tech products includes the world’s first mass-produced advanced high-strength TWIP steel for automobiles and API-certified steel for line pipes with improved low-temperature toughness and corrosion resistance (development completed).
